Fraction of particles that scatter diffusely.
Remaining particles scatter specularly.

PIC EM Model: Space Charge, Conductivity, or Null dropdown.

When enabled, PIC Scattering Type: Specular, Mixed, Diffuse.

The number of total macroparticles the PIC solver will track.
